The Basics Systemax’s PaintTool SAI is a popular lightweight Japanese painting program that has an official English translation. When I say lightweight, I mean it quite literally. The program can be downloaded for under 3 MB of bandwidth, and when installed, inflates to an almost microscopic 5 MB.
